What data we process and why
- Enquiries: if you message us on WhatsApp, email or call us, we process the data you provide (name, phone, email and message) to answer your enquiry.
- Audience measurement: we obtain aggregated, anonymous visit statistics without cookies and without identifying visitors.
This website has no forms or user area of its own. Bookings, user accounts, registrations and payments are handled on the booking portal and in the club app, which provide their own data protection information.
Legal basis
We answer your enquiries on the basis of your request and the pre-contractual steps you ask for (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in replying (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Anonymous audience measurement is based on our legitimate interest in understanding how the site is used (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

We do not share your data with third parties unless required by law.
Retention
We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to answer it and for no more than six months afterwards, unless you start a relationship with the club or the law requires us to keep it.
Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to info@tfapadel.com. If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
